We hire new grads. If you are under the age of 21, or have a poor driving record we do hire "non-driver" paramedics. As a non-driver you can not operate any of Life Line's vehicles, but you are able to do patient care.

Emergency Medical System (EMS) Biller.Your position as an EMS biller will require many skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. You must be able to use billing software and be great with computers. Your position will require you to multitask including dispatching EMS runs, answering telephones, customer service, manage employee's, office paperwork, filing, cleaning, etc.
This position is very demanding, and can be stressful at times. We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge, can work well with people, and has computer skill and knowledge. A college or technical education is encouraged but not required. A person with a "Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC)" Certification is a plus, and is strongly encouraged. You must be punctual and willing to work, learn, and manage multiple tasks. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. No nights or weekends, and you get most Holidays off.
